SmileHound will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. SmileHound services should not be used for unlawful purposes or promotion of dangerous or illegal activities. Your account may be terminated and you may be reported to appropriate authorities.
SmileHound reviews all press releases before publishing on the website. SmileHound reserves the right to reject any press release for any reason. Press releases will only be excepted if they are dental related and do not infringe on the following restrictions.
SmileHound does not allow the following content:
- Pornographic, adult or mature content
- Copyright violations
- Private and/or confidential personal information
- Spamming, hacking, malware or viruses
- Content promoting illegal activity
- Non-English content
By submitting any content to SmileHound, you grant SmileHound permission to reproduce, modify, publish, copy, and distribute the content provided by you.
SmileHound may terminate your access to any or all parts of the website at any time and remove your content from the site, with or without cause, with or without notice.

SmileHound does not represent or imply that it endorses the material posted on the website, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful.
